If you are interested in getting involved in this event then continue reading to find out more.

What is the Poster Session?

The poster session is the ideal opportunity for individuals eager to showcase their ground-breaking research on the clinical applications of neurotechnology. Whether you're exploring innovative treatments or advancing our understanding of neurotechnology in rehabilitation, this is the perfect chance to display your work and create conversation.

All submitted posters will be showcased within the exhibition and catering room, at the MiNT 2025 UK conference, with attendees able to view and discuss them during the lunch break. Not only will this be a great avenue for promoting your relevant research, but it will also allow other industry experts to learn more about the potential of neurotechnology in a clinical setting.

Fast-Forward Poster Competition

If you are interested in submitting a poster on neurotech-related research, then you will have the chance to be selected for the Fast-Forward poster competition at MiNT UK 2025. The top fifteen posters submitted will be displayed within the conference, and authors will get the opportunity to do a 60 second presentation about their work to the attendees. These posters will be eligible for the MiNT UK 2025 poster awards. The successful posters in the Fast-Forward competition will be judged during the conference and the award presentation will be announced at the end of the day.

Submission Information

The MiNT UK 2025 poster session is now open for submissions and we will be accepting two different types of posters.
1. Scientific Abstracts: a typical conference-style abstract about research relating to the clinical applications of neurotechnology
2. Clinical Abstracts:

Abstracts will be a maximum of 2000 characters with a max. of three references.

Research is at the heart of the MiNT UK 2025 conference and that is why we are encouraging all the talented clinicians and experts attending our event to get involved in this poster session and create an evocative, enticing and educational abstract. Together with collaborating with leading medical and industry professionals, and inviting the chance to create opportunities, presenting your work is also instrumental in developing better patient outcomes.

So, what are you waiting for? We welcome all types of research into the applications of neurotechnology in a clinical setting, and would love to see your poster at the MiNT UK 2025 conference.
