Visit to the National Rehabilitation Centre

Advancing neurorehabilitation increasingly depends on close collaboration between clinical teams and emerging technology partners.

In April, Alison Watt (Head of Clinical Operations at The MiNT Academy), Barry Richards (Head of Commercial Operations at The MiNT Academy), and Helen Hobbs (Clinical Director at Hobbs Rehabilitation) visited the National Rehabilitation Centre.

The visit created space for in-depth discussion around neurotechnology and its potential role in supporting rehabilitation and improving patient outcomes, particularly as new approaches continue to develop across the sector.

A key focus of the conversations was how emerging tools and methods can be better understood and translated into real-world rehabilitation settings, where clinical application and operational delivery must align.

Overall, the discussions reflected a shared commitment to advancing rehabilitation practice through collaboration and ongoing innovation, with the aim of improving outcomes for patients in the UK and beyond. Further engagement between organisations will continue to support this work.
